1. Fabric price is considered very carefully right from yarn and get the price with breakdown
of each company and also considered current market price.
2. CM is considered on the style and also considered the market price.
3. Accessories/printing is considered on the basis of market price.
4. Commercial cost is considered on actual trend.

Knitted Fabric :
Our strength is our fabric, we’re working with these kinds of fabrication: single jersey, interlock,
ribs, pique, and Lacoste, polyester blend, viscose blend, with organic cotton, combed cotton,
etc.
Sampling : Samples are developed to suit the season’s colors, fabric and style based of our
buyer’s requirements. Any number of sales man samples is made as per the buyer’s
requirements and courier them directly to the buyers. By offering these crucial services, we
assist our buyers marketing efforts in their own country by giving them an edge over others
Order execution and Quality Control : Orders are closely monitored from sampling to
shipment. Status on sampling, production and shipment are transmitted to buyers regularly. We
maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures
are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to
production has four stages as explained below :
1 Pre Production Check : Risks are reduced by checking material components,
accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage itself.
2 Initial Production Check : First finished products are checked against buyer’s
specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for
correction.
3 During Production Check : Inspection during production is carried out to check and
verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality
standard of production runs.
4 Final Random Inspection : Final random inspection is carried out when the total
consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the
International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples
selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such
as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling,
material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

WORKING TIME
The normal working time for all (except drivers & guards) are 48 hours per week (six days a week except one hour lunch). The weekly holidays, others international holidays will follow as per Bangladesh government. Guide lines. Maximum working hours is 10 hours, maximum weekly hours 60 hours, workers may refuse over time without any threat of penalty, punishment or dismissal. For each pay period slip issued to workers before two days for understandable wage statement, which includes days worked, O.T. Hours and its rate/hour, attendance bonus, and grand total.

assurance using the most sophisticated and modern technology and techniques.

accountability and bar-coding system can trace each single apparel to persons
who have individually stitched, checked or supervised the process, even after the
manufacturing course has long been complete. Lower defects percentage even
by international standards and a dwindling number of customer concerns
